【小豆からあんこ（つぶあん）を作る】手作りで甘さ控えめに！羊羹やおしるこにも

食品庫で眠ってる小豆があったのであんこを作りました。私好みの甘さ控えめつぶあんです。ちょっと時間はかかりますが簡単なのでおすすめ。あんこを作ったら羊羹やおしるこ、おはぎ、和パフェなどにして楽しめます！
